Shop Policies

SHIPPING

CANADA: 2-9 business days*
Small items, no tracking: $5 CAD flat rate
Larger items, with tracking: $10 CAD flat rate

U.S.A.: up to 10 business days*
$10 CAD flat rate

Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Small Hours is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address or for lost or stolen items once they have been shipped, but please contact us if this happens and we will try our best to work with you to resolve the issue.

PRODUCTION TIME

Small Hours goods are made by hand in small batches and may or may not be in stock at the time of your order. Though your order is likely to ship out sooner please expect 5-10 days before your item is shipped.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Item must be unused. Provided we receive your item in unused condition, you'll receive a full refund. 

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS

All Small Hours products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly from the photos on our website. Care and attention is paid in the selection of hides, however, due to the nature of leather, there may be slight discolouration, scratches, or change in texture between each item created. Some leathers will acquire markings more easily than others, and some may change in colour over time.

REPAIRS

Depending on the damage, your item might be able to be repaired. Please send an email to smallhoursworkshop@gmail.com with an image and description of your item and we'll see what we can do! Additional charges and shipping costs may apply.
